Managing obesity with patients with and diabetes and low health literacy

This ILP study is a sub-study nested in BMWGP. The aim is to explore how health care providers and patients with diabetes and obesity describe their management of obesity and to compare this will recommendations in evidence based guidelines and explore reasons for the gap between evidence and practice. Data will be collected from qualitative interviews with GPs, PNs, and patients.
